An Encouragement for Men who have trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior.

When you trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior, something incredible happened. You were not just forgiven of sin; you were transformed. You became part of something far greater than yourself. Right now, you are 100% God because the Holy Spirit dwells within you, and you are still 100% man because you live in the flesh. This dual identity is not a contradiction but a calling. And it’s time we, as men, rise to walk fully in this divine nature.

The world needs men who understand who they are in Christ—men who live with purpose, who refuse to be enslaved by the lies of the kingdom of darkness, and who step boldly into the authority and power of God’s Kingdom. You are those men.

You need to know this: you are 100% God because the Spirit of God lives in you. When you trusted Christ, you became more than just forgiven. You became His dwelling place. Paul reminds us, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16). The Creator of the universe resides in you. This isn’t symbolic—it’s real. When Paul said, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me” (Galatians 2:20), he meant that his life had been completely taken over by the power and presence of Christ. And that same power resides in you.

Peter takes it further when he writes, “You may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire” (2 Peter 1:4). You are not just a man trying to make it through life. You are a man filled with the Spirit of God, called to live out His character, His power, and His purpose. You have the authority of heaven backing you. You are equipped to conquer sin, to walk in righteousness, and to bring the light of God’s Kingdom into this dark world. This is who you are.

But let’s be honest. While we carry the divine within us, we still live in these bodies of flesh. We are still 100% man. That means we struggle. We get tempted. We fall short. Paul described this tension in Romans 7:18-19: “For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out.”

If you’ve ever felt like you were fighting a war within yourself, you’re not alone. That war is evidence of your dual nature. On one hand, you are filled with the Spirit of God. On the other, you live in a world that constantly pulls at your flesh, trying to drag you back into bondage. The kingdom of darkness knows your weaknesses. It throws pornography, addictions, anger, and pride at you, hoping to break you down and make you forget who you are. But hear me, brothers: while you live in the flesh, the flesh does not define you. The Spirit of God in you defines you.

Paul writes, “But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us” (2 Corinthians 4:7). Your flesh is the jar of clay, fragile and imperfect, but it contains the treasure of God’s Spirit. That’s what makes you unstoppable.

God didn’t save you just so you could survive life. He saved you to reign with Him, to walk fully in your divine nature. Paul tells us, “If we endure, we will also reign with him” (2 Timothy 2:12). You are not just a man—you are a co-heir with Christ, a co-ruler in His Kingdom.

Jesus Himself said, “Whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do” (John 14:12). Men, do you believe that? Do you believe that God has called you to walk in the same authority, power, and mission as Jesus? Because that’s what He’s saying.

Walking in your divine nature means living above the lies of the enemy. It means saying no to pornography, addictions, and gossip, not because you’re trying to be a good person, but because those things have no power over you anymore. You are free. It means living as men of integrity, who love their wives, lead their children, and honor God in everything they do. It means stepping into the world as ambassadors of the Kingdom, carrying the light of Christ into workplaces, neighborhoods, and nations.

Some of you might feel unworthy of this calling because you’re still struggling. You feel the pull of the flesh, and some days it feels like it’s winning. But hear me: the struggle is not a sign of failure—it’s proof of your calling. Paul describes this struggle in Galatians 5:17: “For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.”

This battle is a sign that God’s Spirit is at work in you, pulling you toward holiness and away from sin. It’s a sign that you are alive in Christ. And it’s a battle you are equipped to win, not in your own strength, but in His.

Andrew Murray, in his book Abide in Christ, gives us the key to living in this dual nature. He writes,

“As the soul bows itself in stillness before Him, to remember and receive anew His holy presence, the consciousness will begin to work that we are in Christ, the Eternal Son of God, in His bosom, in His love.”

Men, the secret to walking fully in your divine nature is abiding in Christ. When you surrender daily to His presence, when you seek Him in prayer and in His Word, you will find the strength to overcome the flesh and live in the Spirit. Abiding in Christ isn’t about trying harder; it’s about yielding more. It’s about recognizing that He is your source, your power, and your life.

You are the most important men on the face of the earth. Not because of your position, wealth, or achievements, but because of who lives in you. You are God’s chosen vessels, His ambassadors, His co-rulers. The world is desperate for men who know who they are in Christ—men who will walk in their divine nature and bring the light of God’s Kingdom into the darkness.

So, rise up. Reject the lies of the enemy. Reject the pull of the flesh. Walk fully in your divine nature, empowered by the Spirit of God. Lead your families. Transform your communities. Proclaim the Kingdom of God with your words and your actions.

You are 100% God and 100% man, and that is not a contradiction—it is your calling. Embrace it. Live it. And watch as God uses you to change the world.

I’m with you in the fight,
